The poet Michael Kwaku Kesse Somuah was awarded in an international poetry contest and dedicated his award to Omilos as well
Poet Michael Kwaku Kesse Somuah, member of our Literary Workshop, received the award "World Empowered Youth Poet" in Canada at the international competition of World Poetry Canada International Peace Festival.
Mike has met the work of Omilos and has travelled from Ghana especially to participate in our international seminar and to visit Omilos.
At the award ceremony in Canada Mike dedicated his award to Omilos, as well.
We quote his words:
