"...admiring your reflective power, your clear philosophical thought which you enrolled in the practice of the spiritual centre "Omilos Eksipiretiton", always under the light of the Meditator Master Dimitris Kakalidis." - Review

Dear Mrs Lykiardopoulou,

I have read a lot of your books admiring your reflective power, your clear philosophical thought which you enrolled in the practice of the spiritual centre "Omilos Eksipiretiton" always under the light of the Meditator Master Dimitris Kakalidis. To the precise, through Omilos you were enlightened and you enlighted the readers with these books as to the ways of meditation so that they can be redeemed and redeem.

Now, also with this autobiographical book "...and the shadows became light" watching with caution your life from a very early age, you give us as examples your own experiences and whatever existential agony you may had, your own social preoccupations, with a simple and colourful way, as every time, so that it can be comprehensible how someone can cast away from within his own "shadows" and come out to the bright light. How he can meet with his real self on the path of meditation and through this meeting to finally unite with the ONE of the universal entity, having the power to be Master of himself, like you, so that through this self discipleship, the therapeutic treatment of a psychiatrist is no longer necessary, particularly in these harsch days we are living with the thousands suicides due to the most barbaric financial war.

Always with a lot of respect for your person and your work and many wishes for Easter.
