Our participation at the International Book Fair in London (11-13 March 2025)

Our participation at the International Book Fair in London was very succesful!

The books of our publishing house MEGAS SEIRIOS were hosted at the booth of the Greek Ministry of Culture, while we had many appointments with publishers and book agents from many countries. Indicatively, we mention Sweden, China, United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, USA, Italy, Czech Republic, India and many more.

We talked about our books and the work of Omilos with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture, Dr. Doundoulakis, with the Greek Ambassador in London, Mr. I. Tsaousis, and with the Director of Letters of the Ministry of Culture, Ms. S. Papathanasiou.

We attended events of the Ministry of Culture as well as the event of the Greek Embassy & the Ministry of Culture "Bridging Wor(l)ds:The role of translation in Greek-British literary dialogue", at The Hellenic Residence after a formal invitation by the Greek Ambassador Mr Ioanni Tsaousis. At the event we discussed with Mr Tsaousis about the work of Omilos and the books of our publishing house Megas Seirios and how they can be promoted in the United Kingdom!
