In this CD we listen to three different forms of meditative relaxation, lasting about 15-17 minutes each, which help us remove tensions; rest our mind and body; and pass into a state of calmness and well-being, resulting in balanced emotions and a clear and uncluttered mind.
Relaxation is the first and essential step to finding the inner self. This leads to Meditation which helps us deepen into understanding the inner self.
